Taking time into consideration, I am here with a 5 mins healthy drink recipe.
Banana oats smoothie is very simple and easy to prepare. Just few ingredients and few minutes and the drink is right in front of you! It is extremely filling and is almost like a meal.





What is Banana Oats Smoothie?


Banana Oats Smoothie is a thick creamy drink prepared using bananas, milk and oats as primary ingredients. I have added dates, little cinnamon flavour and honey to it. Since this is a smoothie, dry ingredients used should be more than the liquid ingredients.

Banana oats smoothie is rich in protein, fiber, potassium, vitamin B-6, calcium and energy. This drink doesn't require any additional sugar to be added and contains healthy fat. It lowers cholesterol level and maintains good bowel health.


How to make Banana Oats Smoothie?


You only need the basic ingredients that is surely available in your kitchen to prepare this drink.

Ingredients 


2 bananas (cut into chunks)
1/2 cup instant or rolled oats
3-4 dates (You can add nuts)
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tspn ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
2 small cubes of ice (optional)



Instructions


1. Take all the ingredients and blend it for 2-3 minutes until all the ingredients are properly ground.





2. Transfer it into a glass or jar and enjoy the drink!


       

Notes


 1. Oats should get ground properly.
 2. Adding cashew or almonds can make the drink tastier.
 3. You can replace bananas with different fruits and try making different fruit smoothie.
